Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at VoiceSuite.net. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.  Your booth will be delivered on a double pallet approx. 86” X 48” x 25” and will weigh approx. 340lbs.  Freight carriers will not place the pallets in the house or office building, you will need to have ample help to unpack and move the panels to the location you are going to set the booth up.  VoiceSuite requests, with all shipments, that the carrier set up an appointment with the client prior to delivery. 

 Freight process

Once the booth is nearing finished VoiceSuite will call our freight broker to arrange pickup.  Once this happens VoiceSuite has no control over when a freight carrier will pick up the load. The booths must be detailed, wrapped, placed on the pallet with re-enforcement padding then strapped and covered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  

If our LTL freight carriers are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone, please note that delays can be from the freight company and not VoiceSuite.

Overnight delivery is not available with LTL freight

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are not controlled or controlled by VoiceSuite.  All shipping transit times and deliveries are controlled specifically by the freight carriers.

LTL Freight-How it works

LTL freight is very different than using standard UPS or FedEx, with LTL (Less than truckload) freight coordinators look for a carrier that will accept and have the appropriate space on a truck with a full load, unfortunately, freight carriers do not make this a priority and do not work on weekends or holidays. Once our freight broker arranges this they will issue a BOL, this will give us the official pickup date that a particular carrier will pick up the booth. VoiceSuite will alert you with text and or emails immediately, via the internal system in our shop hosted by Shopify or Etsy, with the current shipping information. The next step, when the load is placed on the truck, is the driver will attach stickers on your booth, with another number and bar code, we will update our shops, and send you, via text or email a photo of the sticker. With this number, you can track the progress of the shipment en route to your location. In addition, the freight company will always call you before delivering your booth.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

VoiceSuite ships with LTL and uses a variety of freight companies based on the location the booth is going to.  All booths are shipped from the VoiceSuite design center in Salt Lake City, UT

 

 

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Due to the nature of the product and the size VoiceSuite ships to physical addresses only within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. In addition, VoiceSuite ships to Mexico, Canada, Europe, Australia.  Please contact our office toll-free at 877-327-1333 or info@voicesuite.net for clarification and rates outside of the continental US.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once the freight carrier confirms a day and time for pickup, VoiceSuite will be issued a BOL (Bill of Lading) and a tracking link. When the booth is picked up the driver will adhere a bar code sticker to the shipment. All of this will be forwarded to the client and the booth will be able to be tracked on route to your location. In addition, VoiceSuite will take pictures of all shipments and can be forwarded as well.

 

Customs, Duties, Taxes, or Limited Access Delivery Charges

VoiceSuite is not responsible for any customs and taxes or limited delivery charges applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, limited access, etc.).

 

Damages

VoiceSuite is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK FROM THE SHIPPER.  MAKE A NOTE OF THE DAMAGE DIRECTLY ON ALL PAPERWORK AND HAVE THE DRIVER SIGN IT. take as many pictures as possible of the damage and forward them to VoiceSuite ASAP at info@voicesuite.net.  We will submit a claim and work with you on replacing or fixing the damage.

 

International Shipping Policy
