Shipping Policy & Info.
Thank you for visiting and shopping at VoiceSuite.net. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Your booth will be delivered on a double pallet approx. 86” X 48” x 25” and will weigh approx. 330lbs. Freight carriers will not place the pallets in the house or office building, you will need to have ample help to unpack and move the panels to wherever you are going to set the booth up. VoiceSuite requests, with all shipments, that the carrier setup an appointment with the client.
Domestic Shipping Policy
VoiceSuite ships with LTL freight carriers and uses a variety of freight companies based on the location the booth is going to. All booths are shipped from VoiceSuite design center in Salt Lake City, UT. VoiceSuite offers free shipping in the contiguous US for our listed size booths. Extended sizes and custom outside of the listed options and sizes can incur a added shipping charge
Customer Pick Up Policy
Clients are welcome to pick up the finished booth from our finish shop in West Jordan, Utah. Local clients within 50 miles can choose to have VoiceSuite to deliver the booth.
Customer Arranged Third Party Freight
VoiceSuite is not able to allow clients to arrange LTL freight with a freight carrier that VoiceSuite did not arrange. The reason for this is a liability issue. When VoiceSuite ships a product, we have a contract and agreement with the freight carrier, and our own insurance which binds us with the carrier, if there is any loss or damage. If a carrier is arranged, through a client, incurs any loss or damage VoiceSuite could be held responsible but not be in a position to make a claim against that carrier, as we are not a party to the shipment.
White Glove Set Up
VoiceSuite offers whit glove setup within 100 miles of our finish shop. The added charge for this is $275.00. Install and setup is available in other locations throughout the US. Please call our toll free number to get a quote for your area. 877-327-1333
Shipment processing time
All freight requests for pickup are submitted to our freight broker in Chicago within 1-2 business days before VoiceSuite estimate to have the booth ready to ship. The booths must be detailed, wrapped, placed on the pallet with re-enforcement padding then strapped and covered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. The freight business in general does not operate except for driving, on holidays or weekends. Freight carriers will confirm a specific day that they will pickup and issue a BOL, VoiceSuite has no control of the time a carrier takes once the order to ship is placed by VoiceSuite.
LTL freight carriers are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed after VoiceSuite requests pickup, this is out of the control of VoiceSuite. Once your booth leaves our design center in Salt Lake City, UT VoiceSuite has no control over the freight carrier and their schedule or transit times due to mechanical or weather related issues . If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order before we ship it we will contact you via email or telephone.
Overnight delivery is not available with LTL freight
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are not controlled by VoiceSuite. All shipping transit times and deliveries are controlled specifically by the freight carriers.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Due to the nature of the product and the size VoiceSuite ships to physical addresses only within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. In addition, VoiceSuite ships to Mexico, Canada, Europe, Australia. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once the freight carrier confirms a day and time for pickup, VoiceSuite will be issued a BOL (Bill of Lading) and a tracking link. When the booth is picked up the driver will attach a bar code sticker to the shipment. All of this will be forwarded to the client and the booth will be able to be tracked on-route to your location. In addition, VoiceSuite will take pictures of all shipments and can be forwarded as well.
Customs, Duties, Taxes, or Limited Access Delivery Charges
VoiceSuite is not responsible for any customs and taxes or limited delivery charges applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, limited access, etc.).
VoiceSuite has agreement's with all our shipper if a products damaged or lost during shipping. VoiceSuite also has a third party insurance than is also part of these binding agreements. If you received your order damaged, DO NOT SIGN THE BOL OR DELIVER SLIP. YOU MUST MAKE NOTE OF THE DAMAMGE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP OR BOL and forward picture of the damages and the BOL to VoiceSuite ASAP at email@example.com. We will submit a claim and work with you on replacing or fixing the damage. Carriers will not honor a claim that has been signed. DO NOT SIGN AS DELIVERY COMPLETE
