VoiceSuite manufactures a handmade custom recording booth to your specification.  Personalization orders or items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled at any time, and are non-refundable.  If you need assistance with your order, please contact us at our toll-free number 877-327-1333 or info@voicesuite.net we will work with you to assist with a resolution.  If VoiceSuite can resell your booth with the exact specifications to another client then we are happy to issue a refund at that time. We are committed to 5-star service.
