VoiceSuite emerged in the tumultuous times of 2021, amidst the pandemic, aiming to offer a different and custom made audio recording experience. Our goal? To change the narrative around the traditional studio setup, to make professional sound quality accessible right from your home.

As we battled through roof collapses, floods, and the setback of our operations, there was one thing I promised myself and all of you – VoiceSuite will always stand tall, unwavering in its mission.

But first, let’s take a walk down memory lane.

At VoiceSuite, we always prioritized the needs of our customers. We worked tirelessly to offer a product that would revolutionize the at-home recording industry. Unfortunately, after two significant disasters, we’ve faced many challenges. But with every setback comes an opportunity to innovate and adapt.

SoundSuite is our answer to these challenges. While our custom VoiceSuite booths take time to craft and perfect, we understand that many of you need a quicker solution. SoundSuite booths, with their semi-custom designs, can be shipped out in just two weeks, ensuring that your creative process is uninterrupted.

We want to take a moment to thank our production team. They’ve been working around the clock, six days a week, ensuring that our products reach you on time. They’re the true heroes behind the scenes, and it’s their dedication that allows us to present SoundSuite to all of you.

Rest assured, our existing VoiceSuite orders in the Phase 5 of production are just about ready to be shipped. Our dedicated team is working to make sure everything is perfect for you.

Hello everyone, this is Keith, the founder of VoiceSuite. Today, I would like to take a moment to share our story with you and discuss the path we are paving for the future, with our creators at the heart of it all.

Born amidst the pandemic in 2021, VoiceSuite was inspired by a simple idea: creating a space that artists and creators working from home could truly call their own. What started as a humble garage prototype has now blossomed into a community that connects and empowers creators, organizations, health and medical institutions worldwide.

Our booths are not just products; they are personal statements, reflecting our clients’ individual styles and home environments. The unique personalization options we offer – from the color, door design, and the height of shelves to the configuration of equipment and placement of windows – are testaments to our commitment to you, our valued creators.

But our journey hasn’t always been smooth sailing. We’ve faced significant challenges, including two major roof collapses that flooded our space twice, and disrupted our operations. However, these trials have only strengthened our resolve to serve you better. We’re deeply grateful for your patience and continued support during these times.

The experience has sparked a profound realization. There’s always room to improve, and our aim is to do just that. We’re committed to streamlining our production process, enhancing our offerings, and above all, ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services.

VoiceSuite is more than a company. It’s a community brought together by a shared vision. We’re thrilled to see how our booths have aided many creators and various organization in the medical and health fields, and we can’t wait to support many more.

A New Chapter: VoiceSuite’s Commitment to Our Customers

Dear VoiceSuite Family,

As I reflect upon our journey at VoiceSuite, I am reminded of the obstacles we have encountered since our inception, as well as the lessons we have learned. I’m Keith Dwyer, the founder of VoiceSuite, and I want to share with you our story and our commitment to doing right by our customers.

When VoiceSuite was founded in 2021, we had a simple vision: to democratize the creative process. Our mission was to bring affordable, high-quality recording booths into the comfort of people’s homes. This vision was inspired by the struggles that many artists, musicians, and content creators faced during the pandemic. With most recording studios closed and the cost of purchasing professional-grade equipment prohibitive, we saw an opportunity to help.

Little did we know that this vision would resonate with so many diverse groups: ASMR actors, podcasters, Youtubers, broadcasters, musicians, audiologists, and even individuals with autism seeking quiet, comfortable spaces. I am proud to say that our booths have found use in violence and gun reduction programs such as New York’s SNUG initiative, reflecting our mission of bringing affordable recording solutions to the masses.

However, our journey has not been without hardship. In December 2021, merely three weeks after moving into a new shop, a faulty fire suppression system caused a roof collapse and flood in our main production facility. This was a setback that would have flattened many young businesses. Yet, we persevered, demonstrating our resilience and commitment to our customers, even in the face of adversity.

Just as we were regaining our footing from the initial disaster, a second roof collapse and flood hit our operations again in November 2022. This unfortunate event was a devastating blow that brought our operations to a standstill. With a heavy heart, and no alternative place to work, we had to delay or cancel production of orders. Handling refunds or charge backs for our clients led to a significant financial setback, as most of the booths were in advanced production phases. In the aftermath, while we were cleaning up and strategizing our next steps, we found ourselves in the painful position of having to lay off most of our staff.

These were undoubtedly challenging times. It was heartbreaking to see our hard work washed away, not once, but twice. But rather than wallow in self-pity, we focused on taking responsibility for our situation and began taking decisive steps to right our wrongs and move past this.

VoiceSuite has taken several measures to remedy this situation and resume our service. We have filed a claim against the company responsible for the faulty installation. In addition, we’re working with several organizations and investors, such as the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), the Mountain Association of Governments (MAG), and the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) to secure funding for our rebuilding efforts.

In the midst of this crisis, we have found an opportunity to re-evaluate our strategies and improve our systems. Our production team is working six days a week to carry on with our custom booths and fulfill outstanding orders. We are in the process of transitioning to a new shop, which is four times the size of our old location. We are confident this expanded space will enable us to provide superior service to our customers and create a better working environment for our team in the long run.
